This is a symmetrical, unshaped service. This service is traffic based and affordable, while still offering high speed downloads. Capped accounts can be topped up by buying 1GB for R70, or another 5GB, 10GB, 15GB or 50GB. This can be done instantly online using a credit card via the user control panel.
NOTE: Data expires 1 month from purchase. If a capped account is topped up before one month expires, while there are still gigs available, those gigs will be forfeited and your account reset to reflect your current purchase.

All home connections are subject to our Fair Use Policy. Users exceeding the traffic limit as listed below will be soft-capped. Home Packages must be applied for in writing, by completing the Application for Service form.
This service is designed for humans who want to use the internet as much as they want - for some downloading, streaming media, browsing, and more. It is not designed for computer programs that are setup to continuously download 24/7, every day. The vast majority of our home clients will be able to use as much as they want and consider this connection to be uncapped. This package is an unshaped package designed specifically for game consoles. These packages are locked down to your console's MAC address. Due to the game console's bandwidth use, we only connect one console per account. You can, however, have more than one account if you have more than one console, but charges per console per month apply. This service is dedicated to game consoles, and is not available to computer and tablet users.
This is a best effort service. Although we do our best to provide a stable connection for your console, the internet is a network of networks that we have no control over upstream from our network. We therefore offer no guarantees that your console will successfully run over a wireless connection to whichever game servers you may be using.
Business Packages
These services are unshaped. Upload and download speeds are the same. Business Packages must be applied for in writing, by completing the Application for Service form.
