Our Home Fibre service plugs your router directly into an extensive fibre network, straight to the information you need to access. We own our own fibre network - your service is provided and maintained by Cape Connect Internet (Pty) Ltd.
All services come with a static public IPv4 and IPv6 address as standard

Month to month services are not hop-on/hop-off. They provide a monthly-billed ongoing service that allows for a calendar month's notice of cancellation without incurring a contract penalty. A minimum of 3 month's initial service period is required.
The 12 month contract provides a free to use router and free activation. Speed can be upgraded during the contract period but not downgraded.
Cancellation within the contract period will incur a pro rata penalty of the full Fibre Installation fee.
We provide three router options:
* Purchase a router correctly specced to your service from us. We will be able to assist with comprehensive troubleshooting
* Provide your own compatible IPv6-ready router, which you self-manage. Limited troubleshooting on this service will be available.
* We provide a free-to-use router with a 12 month contract, which is returned to us at the end of service. T&C apply
Our Fibre Lite packages have a Fair Use Softcap implemented as follows:
* 30Mb/s speed has a softcap of 100GB use, then it falls back to
* 20Mb/s speed, which has a softcap of 60GB use, which then falls back to
* 10Mb/s speed, which has a softcap of 30GB use, which then drops to 1Mb/s speed until the end of the month.
