Fibre Provision over Frogfoot Infrastructure

Cape Connect Internet has partnered with Frogfoot to provide Cape Connect service over the Frogfoot fibre network.

We offer the following router options with this service:

• We provide you with PPPoE details. You supply, programme and manage your own compatible router. We will be able to provide only limited support with this option.
• We quote for a remotely managed, preprogrammed and delivered plug-and-play router that you purchase, based on line speed applied for.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FROGFOOT CONNECTIONS:

The Frogfoot equipment that is installed to your address is the property of Frogfoot and forms part of their network. This may not be removed or tampered with. Should you leave this address, the Frogfoot ONU and its power supply are to remain in place.

Installation fees on the Frogfoot network are charged for installations greater than a standard free 30m from their nearest fibre point, priced per metre, and are non-negotiable. You will be billed directly by Frogfoot / their contractor for this if applicable. This charge does not relate to your Cape Connect service provided over the Frogfoot infrastructure, but is their cost to bring the service to your location.

Month-to-month contracts are supplied as a minimum 3 month initial contract period from date of service activation, after which they revert to a month-to-month contract.

30 calendar day's notice of termination is required by Frogfoot. You will be billed pro rata for any notice days that fall in a new calendar month.

Please take note that Frogfoot charges additional fees for repairs, call-outs and ONU upgrades if required.
