• Contention is 1:1. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical.
• There is no fair useage policy on these products - use as much as you want. Uncapped really is uncapped.
• These products come as standard with a /28 block of IPv4 addresses (13 useable static public IPv4 addresses), and a /48 block of IPv6 addresses.
• These services are unshaped.
• All Ultimate Fibre services are managed proactively 24/7 by our network operations centre.
• We provide daily, weekly and monthly traffic reports if needed.
• We also monitor any servers or routers from servers in Europe, with associated daily, weekly and monthly uptime reports if needed.
